Phone pops easily into the case. All the buttons other than the camera button have button covers and all buttons work correctly. Case is slim, fits well in your hand, and is not super slick so to don’t feel like it’s going to slip out. Cutouts are perfect and don’t cover the USB-C or speakers. Case is compatible with their Mag safe Flex Folio.

Pattern is beautiful but is more gray than it appeared online. That could be because of color display differences. The tiles on mine are more gray palate - think silvers, silver-grays, silver-pinks, etc - and the grid lines are silver. Not a deal breaker for me because I like grayscales but I could see someone being disappointed if they wanted a more vibrant case.

Prodigee customer service was fantastic. The phone case I originally ordered went out of stock so they offered me a discount on another case and to contact me when they get the original one. They were very responsive and even double checked for me that this case would work with the Flex Folio.
