Unable to attach to my Apple i phone.No unstructions nor customer service phone # to call
Prodigee1 week agoHi Sonia, we’re sorry to hear that you had trouble attaching the strap to your iPhone. We’ll be happy to help! The strap is designed to attach using the small connector card/tab included with the product. Here’s how to install it:
- Remove your iPhone from its case.
- Place the connector tab inside the bottom of the phone case, with the small loop extending through the charging-port opening.
- Put your iPhone back into the case. The tab will stay securely between the phone and the case.
Attach the strap’s carabiner clip to the loop that is now extending from the bottom of the case.

Keeps phone close. Strap long enough to wear crossbody and put in pocket or leave hanging. Using this strap makes it easy to find phone. Would highly recommend for Adult use only.

I really like having the strap hold my phone over my shoulder. However, the weight of the phone pulls the chords apart, and it ends up way below my waist and clanking into everything I walk by. I wish I could lock the straps at the links. I want them to stay..
