Prodigee’s One-Year Limited Warranty
Prodigee is known for its legendary warranty protection and exceptional customer service. When purchased through an authorized reseller, products marked with Prodigee’s One-Year Limited Warranty are warranted to be free from defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal use for a period of one year from date of original purchase.
Prodigee will, at its sole option, replace any defective product with the same product or one of equal or lesser value during the warranty term. Replacement products provided under here under are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of replacement for 90 days or, if longer, for the remainder of the original warranty period. This warranty is non-transferrable and covers only the original end-user purchaser.

In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unopened product for a replacement or refund of the purchase price if the following conditions are met:
- Product subject to a return request must have been purchased directly from www.iamprodigee.com.
- A valid order confirmation number from www.iamprodigee.com must accompany your return request.
- Returned products must be unopened and in like-new resalable condition.
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of original purchase.
- Once your return request is approved, Prodigee will issue you an RMA# to include with your return. All returns must be pre-authorized by the Prodigee Customer Service Department. Unsolicited returns will not be refunded and will be returned.
- Your RMA# must be clearly marked on the outside of the packaging.
- All returns must be post-marked within 30 days of an RMA# issuance.
- Customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning product to Prodigee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
To request a replacement or refund, please fill out the form at the link below and obtain a Return Material Authorization Number.
You will be required to return the defective product together with the proof of purchase to Prodigee. The RMA number should be clearly written on the outside of the package containing the product being sent to Prodigee. Prodigee will not accept a return that does not have a RMA number on the outer packaging. As stated above, the customer shall bear the cost of shipping the product to Prodigee. Prodigee will cover the cost of shipping the product back to the customer after the completion of server under the limited warranty. Any product returned to Prodigee without an RMA number or proof of purchase will be returned to the customer at the customer's cost.

Prodigee’s One-Year Limited Warranty does not cover misuse, accident, or abuse; damage to any non-Prodigee product, including, but not limited to device damage or loss of data; customized or custom printed product; product purchased through unauthorized resellers, deals sites (included, but not limited to, Groupon, Living Social, NoMoreRack, DailySteals, DailyDeals, Woot, etc.), liquidation sites, auction sites (including, but not limited to, eBay, Quibids, etc.); promotional items; or incidental or consequential damages. You specifically agree that Prodigee shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages for breach of any warranty of any type on any Prodigee product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations of exclusions may not apply to you.
Except as set forth above, Prodigee makes no express or implied warranties and Prodigee expressly denies any and all warranties including any warranty of quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation on how long an implied warranty may last, so the above limitations of exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state (or by country or province).
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Prodigee, its Officers, Directors, Distributors, Suppliers, or Agents (collectively “company”) be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of any Prodigee product, including, without limitation, device damage, data loss, or loss of use of any product, even if company has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Notwithstanding any damages that you might incur for any reason whatsoever (including, without limitation, all damages referenced herein and all direct or general damages in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise), the entire liability of company shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the product. Some states and/or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
For consumers who have the benefit of consumer protection laws or regulations in their country of purchase or, if different, their country of residence, that cannot be denied as set forth above (“consumer laws”), the benefits conferred by this warranty are in addition to all rights and remedies conveyed by such consumer laws. To the extent that liability under such consumer laws may be limited, Prodigee’s liability is limited, at its sole option, to replace the product.
