I am disappointed in the Flow case for the iPhone 18 Pro Max. The appearance of the case did not meet my expectations, and I have made the company aware of this. Additionally, I am very dissatisfied with their return policy. If a product does not meet a customer's expectations, the customer should not be responsible for the return shipping costs. Because of this policy, I will no longer be ordering any of Prodiee’s products directly from their website. If their items become available on Amazon, I may consider purchasing them again, but otherwise, I will not be a returning customer.

Good case, grippy and fits perfectly. The only thing…it doesn’t look like the case on the packaging. Mainly the sides of the case… it’s advertised as transparent with a dark border…but the case itself is solid on the borders. Just something to consider before purchasing. Otherwise it’s a good case! Looks like a sunset on the back.

Color not as advertised but i like it. Case is basically clear with a very light hue of pinkish purple. Feels very comfortable in hand, not slippery at all and seems like it will keep my phone protected.

Recieved the wrong color… i ordered desert and got black :-(
