 All products purchased directly from www.iamprodigee.com are covered under our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee! 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are more than welcome to return the product(s) to us within 30 days for a full product refund, No Questions Asked. 

Simply Follow These Easy Steps!

 

Email us a Return Request Via support@iamprodigee.com

  • Subject: RMA Request 
  • Message: Please make sure to include your Order # (provided in confirmation email)
  • Our Customer Service Agents will provide you with an RMA form. Please fill it out!
  • Ship back the product and RMA form for a full product refund. Our Returns Department will contact customers when the package has been safely received and processed at our facilities.



Requirements for Returns: 
    • Must include a valid original purchase Order number provided by Prodigee(All purchases made outside of www.iamprodigee.com must contact their seller regarding returns)
    • Returned products must be in their original packaging without any missing contents
    • Returned may be subject to a minimum $5 USD restocking fee
    • Return shipping is at buyer's cost
    • Customer will be only given a Product Refund. Shipping & Handling will NOT be refunded.

     *Recommended: We suggest adding a tracking number/ delivery confirmation on returned packages to ensure that your return item is received. Iamprodigee.com is not liable for any Lost or Stolen return packages during transit/delivery.

    *Please Note: All Sale and Promotional Items are not eligible for Returns, Exchanges, or Warranties.

    Wrong Items Received

    We apologize sincerely if this is the case!

     We do our best to get your order right the first time, but due to the high volumes of orders we package, there is a small chance we might get the orders mixed up. But you do not have to worry, our Customer Reps will be more than happy to help. 

     Just send us a photo of the wrong item that you received to our customer service.
Please include in your Subject Line "Wrong Item Received"
We will send the correct item out as soon as we can!

     Or, if you would like a refund instead, simply return all the wrong items or the entire order back to us for a full refund! All items have to be returned in order for the refund to get processed, if not, then it is subject to a partial refund on the order.

     

    Our Warranty Policy

    Prodigee offers a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty* on a majority of Prodigee products.

     Prodigee products purchased from distributors or resellers are covered by the 1 year warranty. Certain Prodigee products may have different warranties, which will be explicitly stated within this document. Examples of products with different warranties are, but not limited to, screen protectors, chargers, cables, and glass products. 

     This warranty is only valid for items that are considered defected. Defects are defined as imperfections or flaws that are produced by a manufacturing error. Accidental drops, installation failures, normal wear and tear, etc. caused by the owner are not covered under this warranty. 

    Who qualifies for Warranty? 

     The Prodigee warranty is non-transferable and covers only the original end-buyer. Proof of purchase is required to qualify for the warranty.

     

    What qualifies? 

     The warranty does not cover the following: 

     

    ⋅ Normal wear and tear from daily use of product 

    ⋅ Product was used for unintended purposes

    ⋅ Misuse, mishandling, accident, or other abnormal use of product 

    ⋅ Damage caused by improper or unauthorized repair or maintenance 

    ⋅ Product is not genuine or not manufactured by Prodigee

    ⋅ 3rd party purchases are not covered under Prodigee warranties

     

     How to submit a warranty:

    We will inspect the product to determine if the product is covered under the limited warranty. If the product is determined to be covered under the Limited Warranty, Prodigee, under its judgment and discretion, will repair, replace, or recondition the product. Prodigee will pay for the shipment of any replacement parts or products under the limited warranty to remedy the defective product.

     

    DISCLAIMER: All products returned to Prodigee will be subject to review for authentication. If any of the products are found to be counterfeit, it will be confiscated and turned over to Prodigee legal department for further actions. These counterfeit items will not be returned once in the possession of Prodigee.

     

    Warranty Disclaimers

     

    Except for the express warranties provided herein, Prodigee (“Prodigee”) makes no express or implied warranties of any kind whatsoever with respect to the product in terms of merchantability, fitness, particular purpose, design, condition, quality, or performance of the product. In addition Prodigee will not be liable for any damages of any kind resulting from the purchase or use of products or incidental damages or consequential loss of profits or benefits. 

     

    Prodigee reserves the right to waive responsibility for warranty coverage for situations including, but not limited to, other implied warranties from authorized or unauthorized sellers, warranties expressed in written or verbal form for non-genuine or counterfeit Prodigee product distributors or vendors, any intentional action to contort or take advantage of the warranty for financial or personal gain. Defection caused by any other accident, including failure of installation, carelessness by the user, or defection caused by owner's usage, cannot be applied for the above mentioned warranties. For products that come as a package, only the defected item from the package will be remedied, and this remedy may be repeated within 90 days or the remainder of the warranty. The original product is needed for any future warranty requests regarding the order.

     

    Prodigee reserves the right to replace, repair, rebuild, and recondition products at Prodigee sole option. If the product under warranty becomes inactive or no longer in production, Prodigee reserves the right to replace the inactive product with a similar or better product in accordance to Prodigee judgment and discretion. Excluding the express warranty provided, Prodigee in no event shall be liable for any incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages arising from the use of any Prodigee product, including, but without limitation, device damage, data loss, or personal injury.
