Domestic Shipping

 

Available Shipping Methods (Domestic)

Currently on iamprodigee.com, we use USPS as our courier.

 

  • First Class Mail: Usually takes 3 to 8 business days
  • Priority Mail: Usually takes 1-3 business days

 

We do not guarantee the exact delivery time; delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company, USPS (or the Post Office of the country for international shipments) and FedEx®. We agree to the terms and conditions of USPS and FedEX.

 

Shipping Processing Time

We will try our best to ship out the purchased item within 24-48 hours, but orders may still be subject to delays in certain circumstances . Many packages will be shipped out sooner than this. (We are unable to ship out packages on Closed days such as Saturday, Sunday, and USPS Holidays) After it has been shipped, it typically takes anywhere from 24-48 hours for any tracking services to update.

  • Orders that are placed on Weekends or Holidays will be considered a Next Business day order(Example: If order is placed on Saturday, it will be considered a Monday order.) 
  • Order Cut Off Time: 11:00 AM PST - Any order made after 11:00 AM PST will be considered a Next Business day order (Example: If an order is placed on Monday @ 1:00 PM, it will be considered a Tuesday order)

What is Eligible for Free Shipping?

We do offer free shipping for all Domestic First Class USPS mail. Upon checkout, you will see an option for free USPS First Class Mail in your choice of shipping methods.

If you do not see the option to click on FREE First Class Shipping, it means that the order is not eligiblefor free shipping due to its weight or the destination of the package. First Class Mail can only be used on packages that are under 1 pound (16oz).

 

Finding Shipping Cost Amount (Domestic)

Shipping costs differ by the carrier, method, and weight of the package.

You can find an estimate of the shipping and handling:

  1. Enter the desired items into your cart.

  2. Click on “My Cart” on the tabs located at the upper right of the site.

  3. You will see the Estimated Shipping and Tax.

  4. Enter your basic shipping information to receive your quote and estimated total.

 

Policy on Lost or Delayed Shipping

While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the delivery time. Please refer to the terms and conditions of the United States Postal Service and FedEx®regarding delivery delays. We recommend our domestic First Class customers to expect up to 7 business days in case of USPS delays. 


We are not responsible for any item lost or stolen after the package has been delivered.
To prevent your package from getting lost, please make sure to double check the Shipping addresses to ensure correct delivery. 

 

If item returns to us due to incorrect shipping information, we will notify our customer know it is been returned by the post office, and automatically give customer refund for the purchase; however the S&H Charge is non-refundable.

Split Shipping

 

If one or more of your items in the order are Pre-Ordered or Back-Ordered, we are unable to do split orders at this time. 

We will send out your package once all the items in your cart are ready to be shipped.

 

However, if you have special circumstances please contact our customer support to discuss further options!

Pre-Order Shipping

Many of our customers may get confused regarding Pre-orders.

 

All Pre-ordered items have a set window of time that have an expected arrival date.

They will begin shipping in the order that the orders were placed.

 

If your order has not shipped out, please double check to make sure that there are no Pre-Ordered items in your cart.

 

 

Shipping FAQ

 

1) Where is my Order?

 

                We are currently processing your order at this time, due to the unprecedented amount of orders that we have been receiving, our warehouse is at its fullest capacity and we are doing everything we can to make sure we are shipping out as many orders as possible. We have received your order and it will be shipping out but it may take a few days because it is currently in queue. Many of our shipments will be shipping within the next 2-3 business days.

 

2) Where is my iPhone 6/iPhone 6 Plus Pre-Order?

 

                We understand that we have been taking pre-orders and we are working as fast as we can to ship out your cases. We really want you to continue to stay with iamprodigee.com because we know that you will love our cases once you receive them. However, due to the large influx of pre-orders at the time of announcement, our manufacturing factories have doubled in productions and we are doing our best to ship out as many as we can, but we are delayed with the shipping process. We thank you so much for your patience and your generous support. We will be doing our best to fulfill these orders within the next 1-2 weeks.

 

3) When is it shipping out?

 

                If your order is in stock and available, then we will be shipping out your order within the next 2-3 business days, but hopefully sooner. Iamprodigee.com handling time is currently between 3-5 business days depending on the availability and iPhone 6 items are currently at 7-10 business days. If your order has a Backorder date, then it will be shipping out accordingly.

 

4) My order was in stock at the time of purchase, but the estimated time has changed?

 

            While we are doing the best to fulfill all the orders out on time, there is a chance that we run into the situation of backordered products. If this has happened to your order, you are next in line with the next batch of products that are arriving. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience, and we are doing the best we can to minimize these issues.

 

5) What if I paid for expedited shipping?

 

                The shipping method you have chosen will determine how quickly a package will arrive after the packages are shipped out. We do put priority on expedited shipments that are in queue, but it is still subjective to the product availability and extended handling periods.

 

6) I got a tracking number but it is not tracking, why?

 

                If you received a tracking number that means your shipment has been prepared. From there it may take an additional few days for the package to physically get picked up and transported. These tracking numbers will start updating once it arrives to the main sorting facilities or scanned by the carriers.

 

7)  I have not received a tracking number and my order is still processing.

 

                If your order has not received a tracking number, it means that your order is in queue for preparation. This is largely based on the availability of the product in the order and the number of orders that were placed before your order. It does take time for our shipping team to verify and to make sure your information is correct. Your tracking number will be emailed separately when it is ready to be prepared for shipment. So thank you so much for your patience with us during this extended handling period. If there any further delays, we will be contacting you in regards to your order status.

 

8) How can I cancel my order?

 

                If you have emailed us a request to cancel your order, then we will be responding as soon as we can to cancel your order. Do not worry, we are backed up with cancellation requests, but we are getting through them. This may take a few days as we have been receiving a large amount of order support. Our team is doing their best to get this done as soon as possible because we want to return any funds that are yours as quickly as possible. We do kindly ask for your patience. We will love to work with you to make sure your cancellation is completed or find solutions to help you with your cancellation. If your order ships out before we can cancel, our agents will provide information on how to return the products back to us for a full refund.

 

9) How can I return my order?

 

                If you received a product and you are unhappy with it for any reason. We do have a 30-Day no questions asked return period. All you need to do is return the package back to us at: Prodigee : 7292 Opportunity Rd San Diego Ca 92111. Please include your order number inside the package. Once we receive it, we will send an email letting you know that we got it. From there we will be processing a refund and it should be reflecting back within the next 3-5 business days.

 

 

International Shipping

Shipping Costs (International)

Shipping costs is a flat rate 15$ USD.

 

Customs and Duty taxes are not included during checkout.
Each country will impose their own import rates and taxes.

FedEX International may have additional service charges for delivery, please ask your local FedEX for more information regarding service charges and customs taxes.

Our First Class International Mail is our most economic shipping rate for International Orders.

Some countries may not provide tracking information after the package has departed the United States.

 

Customs, Duty Taxes, and other Additional Charges

The recipient of the order will be responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by the recipient's country and any carrier-related fees.

These additional charges will be collected from the recipient by our shipping carrier at the time of delivery.
Purchases of products may be subject to these import taxes, custom duties and fees.
These fees can vary widely from country to country.

Please note that we must declare the full retail price on the customs invoice.

Split Shipping

If one or more of your items in the order are Pre-Ordered or Back-Ordered, we are unable to do split orders at this time.

Countries that We Ship to

If the the United States Postal Service and FedEX are able to deliver to your country, then we will be able to ship it to your address.

 

You can also find an estimated cost of shipping to the address in your shopping cart before you check out to see what the shipping and handling charges would come out to be.

Packages Marked as Delivered or with the Wrong Date

Our carriers with the United States Postal Service and FedEX Express do their best to ensure that all of your packages are delivered to you safely and as efficiently as possible. 

 

However, if you feel there has been a mistake with your shipping details please alert your Post Master or Post Office Branch Manager as soon as possible.

 

In the case that a package has been marked as delivered, please contact your local post office to see if they may have tried to attempt a delivery but were unable to and is holding the package at their facilities.

 

If your USPS International Priority package starting with "CJ" is showing a delivery status for a different date or country, please allow 1-2 business days for the tracking to be updated. The Postal Service recycles International Priority tracking numbers and will take the system about 24-48 hours to update in most cases.
